Secundal, Quartal, & Quintal Chords

One may also stack seconds, fourths, or fifths, known respectively as Secundal (ex. C-D-E), Quartal chords (ex. G-C-F#-A- D), and Quintal Chords (ex. G-D-A-E-B-F#). Each of these chord constructs can be perfect, augmented, or diminished – however, these chord constructs of second, fourth, and fifths do not have traditional names, unlike triad chords.
